INSURANCE
Medi-Cal Dental
Smile of Hope Dental Hygiene is a Medi-cal Dental provider and accepts eligible Medi-Cal Dental patients for covered services.
Private Dental Insurance
We are not contracted with SCAN, HMO, DMO, or PPO dental plans. We use our standard and customary fees for services provided.
If you have PPO or other private dental insurance, we can submit your dental claim on your behalf as a courtesy. Any reimbursement from your insurance company will be paid directly to you.
If you prefer to submit the claim yourself, we can provide a superbill and the necessary documentation for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed and is subject to your individual plan benefits.

Preventive Wellness Packages
For patients without dental insurance or those choosing self-pay, Smile of Hope offers wellness packages that bundle preventive dental hygiene services at a straightforward fee.
